Meet our founder

Caroline R. M. Kennedy, MPH, is a senior leader with expertise in pharmaceutical and governmental alliance management, program development, and technology analysis. Widely respected for her leadership and communication skills, Kennedy has led numerous projects, consistently expanding contract scope and value while ensuring timely and budget-friendly project delivery. Her strategic mindedness enables her to nurture alliances, guide cross-functional and multinational teams, and oversee partnership governance to build trust and promote growth.

Kennedy received a BA in Biology from the University of Virginia and an MPH in Epidemiology from George Mason University. She lives in northern Virginia with her husband and two young daughters.
